Flow Intimates accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.

Flow Intimates uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties. Flow Intimates's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 1-14 business days depending on delivery country.
If you regret your purchase
Flow Intimates offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om hello@flowintimates.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Flow Intimates to evaluate the item's condition.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Flow Intimates in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
Flow Intimates covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Flow Intimates, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

Vores mål har fra første dag været, at du skal føle dig som dig selv, når du bløder. Vi vil tilbyde et alternativ, så du ikke behøver at indsætte noget i din krop. Den skal have mulighed for blot at bløde frit.
Det får den mulighed for med vores menstruationstrusser. Det kan godt være, det føles liiiiiidt angstprovokerende i starten, og det kræver en smule tilvænning og tiltro til, at du ikke bløder igennem i dine hvide bukser.
Og faktisk kan man sige, at vi går lidt tilbage i menstruationshistorien – tilbage til dengang, hvor menstruerende brugte stofbind til at absorbere blodet. Vi har udviklet lidt på ideen og har givet den et 2022-tvist, så du med ro i maven kan gå dagen i møde – eller krølle dig sammen på sofaen, hvis det er det, du har brug for, når du har din menstruation. Vi vil skabe de trusser, du bare ELSKER. Som i virkelig E-L-S-K-E-R! På kan-næsten-ikke-vente-på-at-jeg-får-mens-igen-måden.
Ingen af vores trusser er "basic" på nogen måde. Vi har skabt dem med et enormt fokus på pasform, funktion og æstetik. Det er svært at lave undertøj - det er dobbelt svært at lave teknisk undertøj.
Du er centrum i vores univers, og det er Jorden også. Vores håb er, at vi er med til at gøre det nemmere for dig at tage bedre beslutninger. Hvis du stadig bruger engangsbind, har du her muligheden for at give dit underliv en velfortjent pause OG for at skabe forandring i verden.
Menstruerende bruger omkring 11.000-14.000 engangsbind i løbet af livet (selvfølgelig afhængigt af hvor meget de bløder, hvornår de starter og stopper med at have menstruation, og en million andre faktorer).
Og det er ... virkelig mange! Prøv lige at overveje, hvor meget 11.000 bind vil fylde på dit badeværelse. Det er vildt.
Hvert år producerer vi enorme mængder af husholdningsaffald, og det er et stort problem. Vi er nødt til at tænke mere cirkulært og bæredygtigt. Vi er nødt til at vælge genanvendelige produkter. Og det her er et skridt i den retning.
Vi er en lille virksomhed baseret i København, og vi ved og mærker, hvor svært det er at starte noget op.
Vi er blevet mødt med krav om store minimumsordrer, og vi har truffet de bedste valg, vi kunne, mens vi har forsøgt at navigere gennem opstartsfasen med de ressourcer, vi nu engang har haft. Vi prøver hele tiden at gøre vores produkt bedre. Vi undersøger diverse certificeringer. Vi udvikler bedre materialer.
